From Man to ABDL: An ABDL Training Story

We started in the nursery I’d set up just for him. I laid out three different diapers on the changing table like shiny presents: a super thick nighttime one with cute little rocket ships and clouds, a softer daytime diaper printed with smiling teddy bears, and a super slim “big boy” pull up that still crinkles like magic when he toddles. “Which one feels right for my brave baby today?” I asked, tickling his tummy until he giggled and pointed to the rocket one. I powdered him up, taped the puffy diaper snug around his waist so it wouldn’t come off easily, and watched his eyes light up when he heard that perfect, unmistakable crinkle. Next came the outfit. I slipped him into a baby blue onesie with little duckies marching across the chest and snap crotch for easy changes. Over that went the cutest shortalls, soft denim with yellow stars on the bib and shoulder straps that make him look extra small. I finished it off with knee high socks and his favorite pacifier: a big, clear binkie with a blue shield that says “Mommy’s Baby” in tiny hearts. He popped it in immediately and started suckling like he’d been waiting his whole life for it. Then the real fun began. We played “Baby School.” I sat him on the soft play mat surrounded by his new toys, a rattle that jingles like bells, a plush bunny that sings lullabies when you squeeze its paw, and stacking blocks printed with ABCs. While he chewed happily on his binkie, I guided his hands to build a tower. Every time it fell, I clapped and cooed, “Silly baby! Try again for Mommy!” He wiggled in his thick diaper, cheeks pink with joy. We practiced crawling next, slow, wobbly laps around the room so he could feel every crinkle and squish of the diaper. I praised him the whole time: “Such a good little one! Mommy’s so proud.” When he got tired, I scooped him into my lap, rocked him gently, and let him nurse from his bottle while I stroked his hair. He looked up at me with the most trusting eyes, completely relaxed in his fluffy diaper and baby clothes, and I knew he was already learning exactly how to be my perfect little baby. Training days like this are magic. If you’re a new ABDL or a curious Mommy, […]

An ABDL’s secret fantasy of watching her shower

The morning started with our usual diaper change. I laid him down on the soft changing mat and picked out his favorite thick, cushiony overnight diaper, the one with the cute blue teddy bears and little stars printed all over it. It’s extra fluffy and absorbent, the kind that gives the most delicious crinkle when he waddles. I powdered him generously, taped it up nice and snug, then snapped him into his favorite pastel yellow onesie with the little duckies on the chest and the row of easy access poppers along the crotch. Over that I slipped on his footed sleeper with the built in mittens so he couldn’t get into too much mischief. He looked absolutely adorable, sucking happily on his bright red binkie that clips to his onesie with a little ribbon. We spent the whole afternoon playing. I sat on the floor with him and we built tall towers with his chunky wooden blocks, giggling every time they tumbled down. He shook his colorful rattle and hugged his fluffy stuffed bunny tight while I read him his favorite picture book. Every few minutes he’d crawl over, nuzzle my lap, and pop his binkie back in, eyes sparkling with pure little joy. I fed him his bottle of warm milk, changed him into a lighter daytime diaper, the super soft white one with the gentle crinkle and the fun rocket ship prints, when he got a little wet, and we played peek a boo until his cheeks were pink with laughter. Later, I decided it was time for a quick shower while he kept playing. I kissed his forehead, tucked his binkie back between his lips, and told him, “Mommy will be right back, baby. Stay in your room and play nicely with your toys.” He nodded, already scooting toward his pile of plushies and stacking cups. I stepped into the bathroom, turned the water on nice and hot, and let it cascade over me. The glass door fogged up beautifully as I lathered my body with silky body wash, humming softly. That’s when I saw it when I turned around. Out of the corner of my eye, toward the door. It was open just a sliver, my little one had crept out of the bedroom the moment he heard the shower running. There he was, peeking through the crack, eyes wide and curious. His teddybear diaper peeked […]
